Our Story

Once upon a time in southwest Ohio, two young-at-heart
grandparents yearned for something new. They wanted to build a
small business that contributed to a healthy lifestyle, would put
them in touch with farm life, and allow them to involve their nine
grand”kids” along the way.
The GrandGoat Soap Company was born through a connection
with two lovely people who have a small goat farm and
impeccable soap-making facility nearby. They invited us to visit
their small herd of adorable Nigerian Dwarf goats who greeted us
like old friends.

Goat milk soap is naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, and
nourishing fats that help moisturize, soothe and support healthy
skin. Our daughter now calls it “the best soap that ever existed.”
There’s truly nothing to compare with it.
In 2024, we took a leap of faith and formed our company. Since
then, it’s become much more to us. We’ve become supporters
and friends with animal sanctuaries throughout the United States.
Their mission, to rescue farm animals from nightmare situations
and give them safe and loving homes, has struck a chord that
keeps getting louder. The more we understand the nature of
these beautiful creatures, the more we’ve felt called upon to
make that the focus of our small company.
Animals are sentient beings. They feel pain, fear, love, and loyalty.
They form emotional bonds with humans and with each other. By
supporting our company, you help give them a second chance at
life.
