Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@grandgoatsoap.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or are unsatisfied with an unused, unopened product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We may be able to offer an exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
